Pie Crust

I have never made an apple pie but it is the season. So with a source of fresh apples from Jackson's Orchard and a recipe for a cream cheese crust I am setting out on this adventure. This pie has to be perfect, it is American through and through and one of my favorite pies. I'm making the crust today and baking the pie tomorrow. I should have a recipe up either tomorrow or the next day.
Until then, enjoy the work in progress of the crust.
